- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally I contact my customer via phone or email after I get notification they are interested in my services. I will gather information that will help me put together the exceptional vacation. I then start the process of shopping for the ultimate deals to ensure my customer/client gets the best offer possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have graduated from the Avoya University, Disney University, Carnival Cruise University, Viking Cruise University. I am in the process of working on several more cruise line and tour company education opportunities. All to help me make the best decisions for my customer/client.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in this field of work several years ago when working for a transportation company. I helped get the coach department started and later managed that department. I found that I really enjoyed putting trips together for my clients, so when the opportunity to start my own company came about I was more than excited to go forward. I find it exciting to put together an itinerary for my customer/client that will be the ultimate vacation for them.
