- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We set our pricing based on size of the rooms that need to be painted a well as what is being painted such as walls, ceilings, and trim. Another factor could be the condition of the surface to be painted and if it is a size able repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When contacted to give an estimate we arrive in a professional manner ready to hear about all the work you want done on the house. We then look over the information provided and give you a detailed price so that you know why it is we are charging what we are. We will then discuss with you color options and who will be getting the paint. We then arrive to do the work in a professional way making sure all the floors where we are working are covered. We confirm all the details with you and then commence on the work. We will remove anything that needs to be taken off the wall and move and cover the furniture if need be. Then we will prep the painting surfaces by sanding, caulking, or puttying holes in the wood work. We will then begin painting and applying as many coats of paint as necessary to make sure it looks beautiful. We will then make sure it is perfect for you and make sure you are 100% satisfied and then we will clean up and put everything back exactly the way it was. You wont even know we were there except for your beautiful new walls.

We have been in business for over 35 years and have perfected our craft. We also stay up to date with all the latest technologies and techniques of our trade.
