I require 50% in advance, 50% within 30 days of project completion. Pricing may be by the hour or by the job, depending on the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establish exact needs of the client and determine whether services are a good fit. If hired, I maintain ongoing dialogue to make sure manuscript/ illustrations/ editing maintain the intent of the client, while being grammatically and technically accurate.
