- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always offer free estimates and each service has different pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Agreeing on a time to set up an appointment to discuss services requested. At that point a written estimate will be created and provided to the customer. If my services are needed an appointment will be scheduled to complete the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been providing my services to homeowners off and on for the last 20 years. My experience is in internal and external repairs, maintenance and new projects but not limited to.
