- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every house is so different, it only creates problems when we give ball park pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk about why you are calling and what problems you are trying to solve. Then schedule a walk through, take down the measurements and provide a quote in a timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have BPI (Building Performance Institute) certified energy auditors, salesmen and installers. We are also certified to install NCFI spray foam and ECI cellulose. We also have a RESNET certified Rater to qualify houses to the Energy Star Rating.
