- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I made a very small town Office Depot a top 25 in the Company rank in the Print & Design Department and took very good care of all of the customers that walked through the doors.. there could be a mother looking to have funeral programs printed for her own child, folded and stapled along with needing completely set up and needed them within a few hours or another store call me to do theirs .. the same situation because they didnt know how to do it, they would send to me... I could never tell anyone no... even if I was clocked out for the day. I still took care of those customers on or off the clock.. the gratification was to see their faces knowing that they will never forget you for doing such an important thing as they are about to bury their child.. and to hug you and tears roll down their face not bring able to thank you enough because no one else within 50 or 100 miles at least would have done what you did.. I just want to make a very small difference i. this very screwed up world where no one cares for others anymore.. I DO...
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with hundreds of customers and managed their business accounts and took care of 90% of every customers design needs that would walk into the door as a print desig. and customer service manager. I have 2 to 3 years of customer raves in comments expressing how much they appreciate and knew how hard I worked and cared for others.. I now own my own. business taking care of so many of those very same customers.
