- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I consult with a potential client to find out their needs and wants. I listen to their ideas about the project and also make suggestions based on my experiences and skills. I never promise anything I can't deliver. My contracts are written precisely so that the client knows what to expect from me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education- Orleans Tech for carpentry. Work Experience- Morrow Brothers Painting, Gaddess Painters and Harry Studenmund and Sons Painting -Interior and Exterior Painting ,Power washing and Gutter cleaning. Alan Patterson General Contractor Specialized in Kitchens and Baths- cabinet and countertop installs, electrical, plumbing, vinyl tile. Ceramic tile, linoleum, painting, appliance installs Bakers Bay Condominiums- General property and building maintenance, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, ceramic tile, plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, snow removal Other skills- plaster and Drywall repair,drywall installation, laminate floors, glass replacement (wood sash) screen replacement, demolition, cabinet making, insulation, winterizing.

I've worked with the average homeowner all the way up to multi millionaires. Regardless,customer satisfaction is my top priority.
