We had several home inspections done by DMHI. He is quick, on time and very knowledgeable. His prices can not be beat, we had other inspectors in the past when selling a home and they could not compare to his quality. We have two more to sell in the future and plan on using him. He also is Pet friendly certified which is another reason we chose him because we have show dogs he has to work around. We recommended him to several of our friends and they also use his service and could not be happier. I highly recommend him.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult but you are in the right place. 1) The process begins when you contact us. You can complete this step in the matter that you feel most comfortable using. We need to know how many stories the structure has. The address of the structure and who will be present. A) You can use the form to the left and one of our representatives will contact you. B) You can use the book online tool. But remember to schedule a few days out so we can send you the email with the link to sign your agreement. * Agreements must be signed before a inspection can take place. This is to insure you understand the service you are purchasing. C) You can call us at 2) The next step is one of our representatives will send you the email with the link to the correct agreement. Complete and sign the agreement. * Agreements must be signed before a inspection can take place. This is to insure you understand the service you are purchasing. 3) If you did not use online booking after the agreement is signed one of our representatives will contact you to set up a appointment time for the inspection. 4) They day before the inspection we will send you a reminder of your appointment. 5) A Certified Professional Inspector will complete a inspection of your home using our state of the art equipment. 6) In 48 hours you will receive your completed report in PDF format to your selected email account. Or we can send it by US Mail. 7) You will receive a invoice sent to your email or we can mail it to you. You can also pay the inspector at the time of the inspection.
