- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for Veterans & Seniors and offer 100% financing options. We aren't the cheapest and certainly not the most expensive, but will advise you on what is best for you and your home. At the end of the day, you decide!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will provide a complete evaluation of your roof and review our findings with you. Second, we will take a consultative approach and listen to your current needs. For instance, are you moving soon, is the house presently for sale, what budget are you trying to adhere to etc. Thirdly, we will provide you options to choose from that offer a range of solutions including different grades of materials, warranties, time frames for completion and make sure we set proper expectations about the work we will perform. Finally, we will deliver on those expectations!
