- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started tuning pianos because it is the family business. I am a fourth generation tuner and repairer. Most of my repair tools belonged to my grandfather, Vernon Urtel.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The Shubert Theater in New Haven, Yale students and professors, Neil Young, John Mellencamp, University of Bridgeport, churches, schools, and homes.
