- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$79.00 diagnostic fee, only if you DON'T get it fixed. When we figure out what's wrong, we'll quote you a price. No surprises, period.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a mutually beneficial time to check the appliance out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated number 1 in my HVAC school back in 1981, so I've done this once or twice before. ;-)
