- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to give my quotes in person so they can tell me exactly what they are looking for and listen to their concerns and input. Then I give them options and explain the process of what will be done to provide the services they want to the highest quality that can be done. I want the customer to know J.D.T. wants to provide them service they will be happy with.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a third generation paver. As a young kid my father would take my brother and I to alot of jobs and taught us how to do jobs the right way.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently did a laundry mat parking lot which was a two day project. It was a paving and line striping project. I really enjoyed meeting some more people in the community and finished the job with a happy customer.
