- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work on a flat fee basis. Fees are based on the time expected to bring the case to a resolution and complexity of the matter.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we do a free 30 minute consultation in my office where the client gives me some basic background information about themselves or the client, tells me about the vents that led to the arrest. I provide some information on the process and possible avenues for defense of the charges.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Two things. First, do not go with the the cheapest attorney. You will be dissatisfied with the level of representation. Second, make sure you are comfortable with the attorney you do select.
