- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For somethings yes. Others I will bid the job. I always like to talk to the client so we both have an understanding of the scope. My goal is to be as efficient with both time and money as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with a conversation. Determine if they want to be hands on or hands off. From there get started! And communicate, communicate, communicate!
