Simone and David were both so incredibly amazing throughout the process of my buying my first home/investment. As a first time home buyer I was nervous about the process, but Simone is incredibly responsive by text and call and helped me fully understand and feel comfortable every step of the way. David was able to attend both my inspection and final walk through of the property and it felt very reassuring to have someone who had as much knowledge as he does and could answer all of my questions about potential repairs/improvements and also was just very assertive where anything needed to be addressed with the seller. All in all, I would never personally use or recommend anyone else to friends and family for future home buying because they are quite simply, the best!

We worked extensively with Simone for over a year, coming up to Ulster County from NYC on weekends. She really helped us figure out what we were looking for. We ended up with an affordable place, perfect for us, in the town we really wanted (but weren't sure we'd end up because there wasn't much opening up there). We'd be back in a heartbeat if we needed a realtor again!
