I had the privilege of working with, and under Brian Hastings while at Prepaid Ventures for a little over 2 1/2 years. At Prepaid Ventures Brian was the CFO Consultant for us. Brian's steady hand and calm demeanor under stressful circumstances was awe inspiring. His leadership and mentoring abilities of not only the entire organization but myself included was insurmountable. During his tenure at Prepaid Ventures Brian was also asked to step in as the Head of Sales and Operations and the company didn't lose a beat, in fact it prospered. Under his direction we were able to eliminate two outside call centers and completely assemble a self sufficient call center saving Prepaid Ventures an untold amount of money. Brian spear headed the Sales Team into a different direction and streamlined the flow of our on boarding process. The company also grew in size and had to locate to a larger facility. Brian's dedication, understanding and ability to think outside the box while keep a keen eye on the financial growth of the company was a key to our success. It truly was a pleasure working with and for Brian.

Brian is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely cares about my business. I am hiring his company to do my bookkeeping but I will also be utilizing his CFO consulting in the future as my company grows. Working with someone near me in NJ/NYC is important, and I can meet with Brian in person as needed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always try to agree on a Fixed Price or Not-to-Exceed cost for assignments so our clients know exactly what our services will cost for the benefits they receive. Hourly rates are dependent on the complexity of the engagement.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to fully understand any issues, set clear expectations, and work closely with our clients in order to exceed their desired outcome within the agreed upon timeframe.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I possess an MBA and am also a CM&AA (Certified M&A Advisor) and am certified in Basic Coaching.
