- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on either a per-hour or project-fee basis, depending on the client's preference.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we schedule a phone consultation before the work begins, to ensure a good fit, agree on timelines, budgets, and resources. Then, we establish a schedule to check-in during the project at pre-determined intervals, to make sure the project is on-track. Finally, once the project has been completed, we conduct a follow-up session (either via phone or email) to ensure the work met or exceeded expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a journalist and researcher for 20 years, and hold a dual BA in Journalism and Sociology from Syracuse University.
