Joel is a knowledgeable, motivating, and super easy to get along with trainer! He will listen to you and your body and have you try different things so the sessions don't fee monotonous and every day is totally rewarding (despite brutal early mornings but that ain't his fault). I was total fitness failure when I started (my hobbies were drinking wine and sitting on couch) but now I can do push-ups on my knuckles. Crazy. Oh also he introduced me to the world of boxing, martial art and self defense which is a TON of fun. Beats treadmill hands down. The cardio was super fun because of Joel. I never did any of the boring cardio stuff when training with him! Anyway yeah super chill and great guy and I recommend.

Working out with Joel is the ultimate fitness experience. He has a lot of knowledge about what he has and he is fun to work with. He made me sweat my life off, but it is totally worth it. Joel is an amazing trainer. My goal was loosing weight and he made it happens. He has a lot of knowledge on fitness and nutrition that you cannot go wrong with him. He is also giving me a few lesson on self defense. I will recommend him to anyone.
