Amy is an intuitive, caring and knowledgable CPA. She didn't just do an incredible job understanding my business inside and out, she always considered balancing my personal needs with the hard-lined needs of my business. It didn't seem obvious until I worked with Amy, but how I manage my time in my every day life directly effects how I should structure and manage my business's finances. Amy Chan is smart, creative, organized, a natural leader and educator.
I worked with Amy during an HR PEO transition project that required a lengthy reconciliation and restructuring. Both of us were working with very little information due to the abrupt resignation of the CFO. Amy took initiative to ensure a seamless transition of the Accounting department, bringing her team up to speed, while supporting my projects.
She has both the ability to strategically think and plan from a high-level, top-down perspective as well as the initiative to dive into the important granular details , holding the balance of one within the other.
