- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are negotiable. Audit defense and identity theft coverage included free with all 1040s.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I review last year's tax return, if available, and current year documents submitted by the client. Typically, I then provide a list of questions and missing items to the client by e-mail. I am available to answer any questions by telephone, video conference, e-mail, or text. All necessary signatures can be provided electronically.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied tax at NYU and have 15 years of tax return preparation experience ranging from very simple to highly complex returns.
