- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We learn a customer's need, customize a quote for them, and then get them setup in our system with a robust onboarding process. We make it as easy as possible for new clients to provide their preferred points of contact for maintenance, repairs, and emergencies, and teach us all about the intricacies of their properties.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I own properties and manage properties. For my own properties, I wanted someone to act as a barrier between my tenants and I, without getting phone calls in the middle of the night, and without paying for an expensive property management company. With a real estate and call center background, the idea was born.
