- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price projects dependent upon numerous factors: time, complexity, resources needed, creative strategy, and labor. We offer discounts for clients bundling numerous projects in 1 estimate (ie: a logo and website packaged together or motion design and social media strategy). All of our packages include applicable taxes and fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start all of our relationships with a client kickoff call and website brief to understand your needs more. From there, we develop an estimate and work with the client to create a package that suits them best. From there, an invoice and contract are given to the client and we start off with an hour briefing meeting where we dive into the goals of the project and recommendations we have to make your brand stand out amongst your market. Our ideation phase includes sketches, surveys, and market research. We work hands-on with our clients and pride ourselves on locally sourcing talent for quick turnarounds and feedback. Once the client is satisfied with their project, we settle the balance and deliver the final files.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner, Denise Coke obtains a BFA in Graphic Design and has over 12 years of professional working experience in industries such as sports, entertainment, healthcare, retail, government, education, and immersive realities. Our owner has not only run $NP Designs for over 12 years but also has worked in-house at small agencies and large-scale companies such as Madison Square Garden. She also holds a certificate in Fashion Design and Textiles from HSFI.
