I am somewhat computer savvy but I was having trouble with my computer and I reached out to Matt for his expertise. Within a short period of time he had diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was thorough, professional and most of all knowledgeable concerning different systems. I would highly recommend Matt for any computer challenge that you might be having.

Matt helped me on many different projects over the past 8 months.
First he helped me with my internet. He installed a new 5g card in my laptop, and troubleshot a number of problems in our home wifi. Afterwards, our wifi performed much more quickly. We have used him several times for IT. He actually built a desktop computer system for my husband from scratch.
Second, we run an Airbnb business. We hired Matt on several occasions to host one of our venues in our absence. This included checking guests in, explaining our mutual expectations to guests, getting them set up on wifi, and even making them breakfast the following morning. One time, the guests flooded a bathroom and he even handled the plumbing issue which was way above and beyond. Our guests loved him.
Third, Matt loves dogs. On occasion I have left my dog with Matt. I trust him with my dogs implicitly.
Finally, I asked him once to do a small amount of yardwork one day, and pretty soon, I found that it was something he really enjoyed, and his help added thousands to our equity.

Matt worked on my computer, an older MacBook, which needed new speakers because they were sounding fuzzy and choppy. At the same time, he upgraded my RAM to 8GB. He also worked on my husband's PC, which was plagued with adware. I would highly recommend Matt if you need any help with your electronics.
