Showed up on time, but left for an hour to get food when there was a time-crunch to complete. One-man crew. Could have used another. Work was completed in the dark. I had to provide lighting. Owner's main concern was getting paid and looking for other repair possibilities. Would not recommend.

Be more organized and not just be money hungry and not do the job. I was totally sick by how she started the job and never showed up for 2 days and left my roof open for 2 days. She should not even have a business.

George. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I did have a bad employee that since then has been let go due to similar situation. I cannot control entirely every situation. I would have been more than glad to have came back with a different crew and finish the job. I hope that you have gotten it taken care of by now. Again I appolize.
