- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. Service is done on an hourly basis plus materials. I do offer a seasonal contract at a discounted rate for start up, mid-season tune up & winterization.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I go over the current system to find out if there are any pre existing issues they would like resolved. At start up I run a detailed system check to make sure system is working properly to ensure it has the best coverage. Prior to leaving I go over system with customer and answer any questions to make sure customer is 100% satisfied.
