- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We start working with our customers by getting a complete understanding of their requirements. We ask for pictures, if required, and make a call, to get the right information. In addition, we perform a lot of pre-work in preparation to our visit. We make sure the customer understands the estimated duration and agrees on the scope of work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?The owner is a businessman by trade. He has an undergraduate degree in business, and has experience in several service industries, so he really understands the importance of excellent customer service. We also have several graduations from the school of Hard Knocks. Practical experience speaks volumes and is sometimes better than theoretical knowledge.
