- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Business Catalyst prefers to initially meet with the new client in person. BCC's goal is to gain a deep 360 understanding of your business's needs and customize a package that will work to achieve their specific goals.

I began my career as a receptionist at a car dealership and worked my way up to being a General Manager.
