FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With regard to pricing, we have a flexible fee structure based upon the type of work we are retained to do. We charge Retainer/Hourly rates for full representation work. Additionally, we charge flat fee/mixed rates for transactional or limited scope work. Contact a representative now to discuss how to get the best rates for your case!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are first screened to determine if we are the right person to help them based upon type of services needed, location, budget, and more. If we are a fit, we can set up a phone or live consultation at no charge to the potential client to determine if we will work well together and if our plan of action fits your goals. Once a client has hired us, we get to work immediately to resolve the situation in the manner prescribed. We are in contact with our clients on a near daily basis as updates occur.
