- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on which forms are needed and the complexity of those forms. Generally, fees will not exceed $200, and most individuals will be between $100 and $150.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An interview to determine the specific tax situation. Then we work on collecting the needed documentation to file. Once everything is together, the data entry is done. A final meeting to go over everything and then filing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates degree in Accounting. I am currently studying to take the Enrolled Agents exam.
