FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My intuitive quote is the price I charge for a single session. I offer several packages of multiple sessions that are purchased at once. This is usually the best option I would recommend to clients. I will work with clients to make training more affordable to them. Additional services can be added on to personal training, such as nutritional guidance, and individual programs for those that want a custom workout plan to do on their own, if they are unable to train as often with me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide my clients a questionnaire to fill out which gives me an idea of their exercise history, health background, and goals. It is very important that I know who I am working with. It is my responsibility as a trainer, and my clients are very relieved to know that it is something I take very seriously.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelors Degree studying Exercise Science. I am certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) as a Certified Personal Trainer, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am always staying up to date in my field.
