Best experience ever !! Chloe is so personable and made getting ready for prom so much fun instead of stressful. More importantly, her makeup skills are unbelievable and I know I can always rely on her to give me exactly what I'm looking for. I used Chloe as my makeup artist for 2, going on 3, proms and I have been more than satisfied with the amazing work she does. Highly recommend !!!
