Honest review: They were very, very rushed to complete the restaining of my deck. There are lots of areas that I have to touch up myself that they missed when restaining the deck. Disappointed. There is debris between some of the deck boards that I have to clean out and restain because the guys painted over it rather than clean it out. I mean, they had to have looked right at it and painted over it? What's up with that? They clearly didn't do much prep work prior to staining. Disappointed. They attempted to install solar lights that I purchased out of pocket on 10 6x6 posts. They didn't have a good way to cut the tops of the posts level which was disappointing. All cuts on every single post are not level. They used pieces of mulch from my flower beds to try and shim the mounting plates for the lights level. Massive fail! Disappointed. I popped all the lights off and will sand the posts down to level and resintall them the proper way myself. They were somewhat unprepared, having to borrow some of my personal equipment to do their work. I think they could have done a better job if they would have just slowed down and took their time. They have been paid in full and I get to spend hours of my time to restain areas missed and fix the posts / re-install solar lights. Kent seems like a decent guy but when you work at break neck speeds the quality of work suffers. I wish him the best of luck.

wasn't rushed.. came back at 230 to finish up lights. at that time you could of told me about touch ups or changes needed if any. you stated we did enough that we were good to go .. If there are any errors etc I ask the customer to tell me then and there so I may fix them. I don't like seeing a bad review when I could of easily fixed any issues . .Thank you

Kent and his assistant showed up right on time and were professional and helpful from start to finish. Even though the work was a bit more than either of us had anticipated initially, he finished quickly and efficiently. A lifesaver.

I have a standard pricing system that will beat out all of my competitors ... I also offer the 2% guarantee ... I'll beat anyone's pricing by 2%....
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First communicating with customer - find out their needs/ wants ... discuss routes we will take when we start job .. how long process will take . and exactly how much it will cost etc... I answer any questions customers may have at any time ... ....
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started back in 2009 helping some of my close friends out with their own flooring business .. After 2 years of learning etc , I ventured off on my own in 2011... I also have work thru a few construction and manufacture home company's for a total of 6 years experience building lean to-s, houses , etc
