- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have several standard wedding collections that ALL include digital wedding images as well as an heirloom wedding album. We think it is SUPER important for you to have an album to cherish!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a wedding client becomes interested in our work, we email them with a quote. Then, we usually meet to go over questions they may have (or that can sometimes be done over the phone) and for them to look at our portfolio. Once a client decides to hire us, then, they will sign a contract and return it with an initial retainer of 25%. For portrait clients, we usually have an initial consult over the phone or via email, then set up a date, then have a fun photo shoot!

We've worked with so many different types of customers. Young, old, different religions, ethnicities, etc.
