I went back and forth trying to get a quote and schedule a time for the services. Once everything was agreed upon we were all set for a move out clean the day before my final walk through with the landlord. But then she doesn’t show up. No heads up or courtesy call on a situation or running late just no-show, no answer, nothing. Do not get burned by this lady and left scrambling at the last minute. There are plenty of others who will actually show up.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Just because it’s listed on there doesn’t always reflect what the price will be. If we travel outside of our service area there will be a travel fee included into the completed price. Also if the specific area needs additional attention..... all of this will be discussed further with the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introductions, looking at area to be serviced, then the customer explaining and showing me exactly what they want done. Periodically showing them what is happening so that everything meets their approval.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of on the job training! I am certified in all phases of cleaning.
