- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Just because it’s listed on there doesn’t always reflect what the price will be. If we travel outside of our service area there will be a travel fee included into the completed price. Also if the specific area needs additional attention..... all of this will be discussed further with the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introductions, looking at area to be serviced, then the customer explaining and showing me exactly what they want done. Periodically showing them what is happening so that everything meets their approval.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of on the job training! I am certified in all phases of cleaning.
