We hired a handyman, Gene, because we had a number of different projects to be done. He responded quickly, and worked out a time to meet in person and view the job. We are very pleased with the work Gene did, we have an unusual house and he took extra steps to ensure it looked professional. The project took longer than we had anticipated, but in fairness, the working conditions were not always the best and it was during the hottest part of the year. If we had only one project to complete I'm sure it would have gone smoother. It was a little harder to schedule several completely different jobs. He didn't claim to be an expert but was able to handle the different projects we needed. He was good to stay in touch, if he was delayed, he would text, and if we had to change a time, he was understanding and worked around it. Overall we were pleased with Gene and his work, would not hesitate to hire him again, in fact we've already talked with him about scheduling more work.

Gene did a great repair/repaint job on my house's exterior, as well as repairing & painting the associated water-stained ceilings inside in 2 rooms. He's a problem solver, a hard worker, and reasonably priced. I will most likely be using him for future jobs, and I definitely recommend him to anyone for home repair jobs.
