What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your home work, ask lots of questions. If you have a large event ask for a sample tasting, this is pretty much standard. With that said it takes a lot of time and commitment for those samples to be made so be respectful and try to narrow it down to your final two choices first.
