- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I bill by the hour because my experiences have shown that to be the best deal for my clients. You'll only pay for time worked.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I start with a phone consultation and offer a rough quote based on questions I ask during the consultation. If an in-home walk through is needed I schedule it during the initial phone consultation. After getting an idea of what the client's needs are, I design the system or offer suggestions for products. Then I create an estimate and email it for approval. After the estimate is approved I schedule the installation. After the installation I give thorough instructions on how to use system and I typically follow up within 2 weeks (depending on the complexity of the system) to see how things are going and answer any questions that may have arisen.
