- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices are based per sqft of material and prices do differ in material there are multiple levels of granite from 1-5 and the prices go up in each hire level. We also deal with marble and quartz. Pricing for the removal and disposal of existing tops depends on the type of countertops we are removing, prices for removing and disposing old tops start at $150
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Try your best to find out the square footage of your kitchen to get the most accurate quote. And cheap doesn't always mean good, when choosing to put granite quartz or marble in your kitchens bathrooms ect... understand that this is a finished material it is very hard to fix once it is messed up so u want to make sure your installer is taking care of the material and to act as if it were to go in his/her own house. - What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
To make sure that they really want to do it once the deposit is made they can not get that money back because the deposit if for the material and its fabrication once the stone is cut it can not be used in any other house but the customers. they have to understand that prices do fluctuate and sometimes install date are pushed back normal turn around time is at least a week as to not be rushed and cause mistakes.
