FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have in-house painters and carpenters, meaning that our prices are very competitive and can meet any budget. None of our projects are subcontracted to another painter or company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce over the phone or via e-mail, schedule a date to meet, meet the customer on job site to go over the job and expectations. Have the contract signed and set up the start date. Payments are at the end of the job, this means that the customer lets us handle their project without a deposit and with peace in mind knowing that it will be done at 110% above their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in paint industry since my college days (War Eagle!) and then I worked for Sherwin Williams for 5 years as a manager. Very knowledgeable when it comes to product recommendations and applications. Each project is special on its own way.
