What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very competitive and in fact are generally lower than the major chains. Pricing of tax returns is based upon the complexity of the tax return and the amount of forms or data used to complete the return.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you are using a certified professional that has registered with the IRS. If the person that offers to complete your return for a "low" fee but does not sign the return themselves then they are NOT a professional tax preparer registered with the IRS. If that is the case beware!
