FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It 's difficult to offer standard service rates in the Private Investigation industry as most cases are unique and fluid as they develop. We feel it's best to discuss the case details and parameters before beginning the investigation so that the client only pays for the services they need and not any services that may not be required to obtain the desired outcome they are seeking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we like to speak with the potential client on the phone and get a better and deeper understanding of their investigative needs. From there, we can explain to them what exactly we can do for them and the cost associated with the particular services they require.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I spent many years in law enforcement both on the civilian as well as in the military where I served as a Military Police officer, so the transition to Private Investigator was natural and seamless. As the word began to spread about my professionalism and quality of work, referral's began to pour in. This lead to me hiring additional investigators, all from prior law enforcement departments and members of elite military units. I feel that I have compiled the absolute best team in our industry and I know I can speak for them all when I say that we look forward to serving you.
