What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I prefer the customer to have a lot of the planning already worked out. Planning a project can be costly, so I would like for the customer to have a strong idea about what they want so I can work quickly. They should also have the following worked out. -Size and Resolution -When is it due
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 2nd year student working toward my Bachelor's in Animation. I have learned to use multiple programs including Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere to name a few.
