FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I tend to give discounts on lighting equipment when you hire a lighting programmer. As I trust my programmers to take extra care of the equipment; and as a thank you for giving someone the opportunity to work for a day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally I prefer the initial contact by either phone or e-mail. If extensive work is desired; I will find time to make it out to the venue to take dimensions and begin prep work required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A.S from Full Sail University. My degree program was called 'Show Production' and I was trained on Audio, Video, and lighting systems. I have about 7 years of programming experience with MA boards; 2 years with Black Magic switchers; and about 2 years with Resolume.
