Discounted Rates for Repeat Customers: DJ services for recurring events such as birthdays, weddings, or corporate events, I offer discounted rates for customers who book my services again. I offer flexible pricing packages that can be customized according to the customer's needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer for DJ services, it's important to establish clear communication and expectations from the start. Initial Contact: I respond promptly and professionally. Gather basic information about your event, such as the date, location, and the type of event you are hosting. Consultation: I schedule a consultation with the customer to discuss their specific needs and preferences. During the consultation, I ask questions to get a clear understanding of the customer's vision and goals for their event. Proposal: Based on the information gathered during the consultation, I prepare a detailed proposal that outlines the services, pricing, and any additional fees. Contract: Once there is an agreement of the proposal and the client accepts, I draft a contract that outlines the terms of the agreement, including payment terms, cancellation policy, and any other relevant details. Planning: I work closely with the customer to plan the details of their event, such as the music selection, lighting, and sound equipment. I keep the lines of communication open and I am receptive to any feedback or changes the customer may request. Execution: On the day of the event, I arrive early for setup and to deliver the services as agreed upon in the contract.
