- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes - we have standard prices for repairs - depending on door type - as well as standard price ($100.00)for standard garage door opener installation. We charge $50.00 to come out - and if we do the repair - that counts towards it. We also do free phone estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer is contacted in a fairly quick timeframe. We determine what they need/want and give them a quote on work needed. If they wish to purchase a new garage door, we set up a time to come out and measure - we also send links for our door sites, so they can determine what type of door they want.
