Dave has handled all the hardware and software needs for my busy practice for the past three years. I've had other technical support prior to him, but they paled in comparison. He's amazing and I can't imagine what I would do without him. He's highly intelligent, patient, knows what he's talking about, is responsive, shows up when he says he's going to and does an excellent job. If there are any little glitches he takes care of them right away. His prices are very reasonable for the quality of work he does and I trust him implicitly which to me is the most important thing.

Dave seems to be a straight forward and honest person. My comp. is old. He put some life back in it and it works fine for me. Spared me from buying a new one for now.
