What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing for Business tax returns is $350-450 (depending on the size of the return) the price maybe more. Single Individual tax return is normally $150-200 (depending on the size of the return). Married filing joint tax return is normally $250-300 (depending on the size of the return). My standard rate per hour for Bookkeeping services is $35-45 an hour (depending on the size of the project).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when working with a new customer is, I would either meet in person or have phone conversation to discuss the clients needs and expectation of the tax / accounting service I will be performing. Then we will go from there to see if it's a good fit to work together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of tax / accounting experience working for Mid-Large CPA firms. I have my B.S. degree in Accounting and M.S.B in Business Administration. I'm also working towards getting my Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
