Introduction: YOGAWORTH is based on the principles of Wellcoaches Corporation and The Smart Asana System to represent the transformation of change. YOGAWORTH offers Private Yoga, Group Class, and Coaching. Private Yoga is a direct and individualized approach to first creating balance in the physical body. You and up to five others will receive tailored instruction, learn drills to deepen the understanding, and practice comfortably in your own body. Target areas of concern will be addressed (neck, shoulder, back, hip, knee) and supportive yoga routines will be recommended. Please note that Private Yoga will focus on alignment, strength, and flexibility and should not replace a doctor referral. Instead, Private Yoga will complement the professional opinion and balance your existing routine. You will stand taller and go about your day with greater ease. Group Class is the hallmark of YOGAWORTH and sets the standard for the quality of your wellness journey. The focus of Group Class will be to engage the physical body as a catalyst to investigate the inner existence. Group Class is taught as a Multi-Level discipline so that the difficulty of each class is determined by its participants and all are welcomed to attend. Learn to effectively lengthen muscles that are constricted and to tone the underused muscles that support posture. This will change the way that you stand and impact your relationship to stress. Coaching is a one-on-one professional relationship that helps the client to produce results. Through the process of coaching, clients can deepen their learning and improve their performance in several areas of wellness such as physical activity, weight management, and stress. In each meeting (in person or via telephone), the client chooses the focus of conversation, while the coach listens and contributes observations and questions. This interaction creates clarity and moves the client into action. Coaching accelerates progress by providing greater focus and awareness of choice. Coaching concentrates on where clients are now and what goals they are willing to set to get where they want to be in the future. Gregory LoBiondo is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, a Certified Personal Trainer, and a Certified Health and Wellness Coach. He holds a Masters in Human Services for Public Health and his 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher status. Gregory has taught at Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceuticals, Raritan Valley Community College, The Somerset Home for Temporarily Displaced Children and at Straight & Narrow, a Catholic Charities Agency. More, Gregory has led classes to athletes of the YMCA, CrossFit, and The New York Sports Club. The benefits of YOGAWORTH Group Class, Private Yoga, and Coaching are felt among practitioners with a variety of interests and of all ages. Gregory has an intimate experience with change. Gregory was obese with accordance to the Body Mass Index chart and was advised to modify his diet by reducing the amount of saturated fat. During a time of identity crisis, where progress and forward momentum required more than harnessing dexterity and fervor, Gregory discovered the practice of yoga. This practice has enhanced his quality of life because realizing the tangibility of physical exertion could only be surpassed by generative moments of cognitive action. Today, Gregory has raced in several triathlons and has adopted many traditional yoga techniques including asana practice, mindfulness meditation, and vegetarianism. He also enjoys training in other formats such as calisthenics and plyometrics.

Greg is an excellent yoga instructor. If you are looking for private yoga classes, Greg is the guy you want: knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.

I've been in Southern California for almost 4 years, and still have not found a better yoga instructor than Greg, who I met when I was in New Jersey. Greg's ability to help the entire class, while also taking the time to tend to each individual, was amazing. He also balanced the modernization of yoga with respect for its roots. I always looked forward to Greg's classes and still miss attending!
