Introduction: I have over 15 years in the AV business. I work at U.S. Army Research Labatory as a Sr. A/V specialist and just looking to do a little side work. I am a true perfectionist at heart and I never leave a job that a costomer is not happy with my work. I love the look on the customers face when they get to use there AV system for the first time.

He Hung TV above my fireplace. It looks amazing, he was professional and courteous. He cleanly did install and also cleaned everything up after he was finished. Great to communicate with showed up on time and did exactly what we asked for. I would recommend him for any Audio Visual needs.

Mark did a fantastic job setting up my parents smart tv and hanging another TV in the bedroom. Setting up a smart tv can be stressful, but mark took his time and was very patient. My parents could not stop saying how great he was, thank you Mark!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $65.00 hour
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the new costumer in the home or office where the work is being done. Doing this allows me to spec the space out to give a better quote. I will then provide a quote in one to two business days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification as along with 15 years experience in the AV industry.
