- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We tell you right up front what our service charge is. This goes towards the cost of your repair which will save you money guaranteed. We have military, veteran, government employee, and senior discounts. Just let us know!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to help over the phone for free. Sometimes we can talk a customer through some things to avoid a trip to the home. We then explain the fees upfront. We can't always give you an absolute price until a sure diagnosis is made, due to several variables with appliances.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed several comprehensive appliance repair courses over the years. I also have continuous ongoing training.
